It was pretty good in the early seasons, then it got really repetitive for a while. It was pretty obvious the writers started phoning it in, but now it seems like they're back with a vengeance!

Pfft, amateur, he should have had the $50k Power Up Scene Sequence Time Freezerer 5000

TFW ChatGPT makes a better president than you and it can't even reason and think

Yes, they also just had a major release a few months ago that addressed some pain points, especially with building/interacting with UI/UX stuffs

Not really sure what reality you're in, but in case you haven't noticed we have pretty much 2 choices in the US until RCV or its alternatives reach a critical threshold.

Rs who don't just want to slow down progress, but actively taking things backwards and Ds who progress things slower then we'd like, but still progress nonetheless.

I'd rather have slow progress than backwards progress any day.

I was just Googling for some tips on an argumentative child, but if all that's coming up are Christian dogma blogs with this kinda crap...maybe I should just let it be lmao

That's an 11 year old phone, it's time to move on, you're not going to be able to run anything modern even with a custom ROM

On top of that, Verizon and Samsung are notorious for locking down the bootloader hard and you need to be able to unlock that to have any sort of custom ROM

Even a cheap Walmart 50$ Android phone will be better than the one you have

Doesn't seem to be a very good plan, USPS has been consistently delivering all my packages, sending and receiving, on time or even ahead of schedule.

And I send and receive a lot of packages. I also send and receive FedEx a lot, and they're also consistently on time, but USPS still beats them on "chance of early delivery"

I don't do a whole lot with UPS, I've maybe had 4 or 5 packages the past couple months with them and 3 of them were late. UPS sucks.

Boooo ur no fun

Yea that sounds about right, really hiding root is straight up magic as is (even though it's a cat and mouse game lol) and achieving that is 98% of the hard work of hiding the fact an app has been sideloaded. Short of a complete overhaul from Google where they actually try that is.

Which, if I'm being honest, doesn't seem like they are. It seems like a rather simple system all things considered. There's no Playstore specific keys or signatures or file checks or hashs as far as I can tell. Its just a flag and checking if Playstore exists on the device at all

There's no case on this list, you have a lot of ways to get a free case including the classic "Cardboard Special".

There's no keyboard and mouse, you can get those at the thrift store for like 1$ (They're always at the thrift store, even found an RGB Mech Keyboard for like 5$ once lmao)

Also, like I said, I could def foresee getting my list as-is down to 600 with the right optimizations and sale tracking, right off the bat I can tell you I opted for a 700w PSU when a 400 is really all that would be needed according to the wattage estimate. With a PC you can also buy it piece by piece if needed.

Then you would have 100 to spare for a good case or split between a case and keyboard/mouse if you really want a new KB/Mouse

50 series Nvidia is due for an announcement soon with AMDs offerings prob shortly after so all those nice 30 series are going to go on some good discounts

And this is all new ofc, you could save even more buying used or swapping to the AM4 platform

For only 100$ more

You could def get this under 700 with some diligence and price watching, I slapped this together in like 5 minutes.

So I've mostly fixed up a 3DS picked up off eBay.

The last issue is an odd one. On boot it acts as though Dpad down is being held, the odd part is it only does this for about 5 seconds after boot, then stops and acts perfectly normal the rest of the time it's been booted. It's always about 5 seconds with or without any interaction

Once powered off and on it does it again.

The big problem though is if I boot to gm9 it won't stop and I suspect it is causing a freeze issue when attempting to execute a script

Anybody know what's up? I've already cleaned the pads with isopropyl

For something that I had to import from Germany because the RGB version wasn't being sold in the states at the time and was supposedly supposed to die within <2 years because the RGB made it run too hot, it lasted 5 years and 72 TBs written before a random power outage took it down. Even then, it was still able to allow me to dd it to another drive without issue

RIP :(

It was also actually pretty fun!

I've been on the fence on the Fold 2 ever since the aspect ratios/screen sizes were revealed.

On one hand, I really like the 0G folds short but wide passport form factor, it's the second biggest reason I held off getting one of those really narrow Galaxy Folds (biggest being, it's still a SamSuck lol) and the Fold 2s upcoming changes means the unfolded form is going to be pretty much a square

But on the other hand, I think it would be better for one of the biggest uses I use my Fold unfolded for: Remoting into various desktops, since the Fold 2 will be more like 2 8/9 regular pros next to each other it should allow for a bit better "widescreen" when rotated (I like to have the desktop screen on the top and the OSK on the bottom "laptop style") and even though it's a square it should be bigger overall

What are your guys thoughts on the Fold 2? Are you upgrading or waiting and seeing what the Fold 3 will look like (and the TSMC 3nm Tensor)

The tree is an adjoining neighbors backyard with large branches that come pretty close to my house (Though there is a sizable gap, if it comes down under the wrong wind direction...) and are actually touching another neighbors roof.

If it is unhealthy, is it recoverable? I'd rather not have them cut the whole thing down (it provides a lot of shade for my backyard (well, when it's healthy that is lmao)) Should I talk with them directly (I don't really know them, at all) or let the city know?
