After running it and properly configure the paths I once again came to the conclusion: I fucking hate Google.

He is possibly not brave enough for politics

I don't know why you replied to me.

I agree with you is impossible to say ALL people from a country is something based on who wins a election. Sometimes the winning candidate doesn't have the majority if you count the opposition + people who do not vote.

My original comment is sarcastic, it seems that I need to add /s to be clear.

So all Americans are dickheads because Trump won democratically in 2016?

I really want to see what the fuck google will do for embedded videos or shared videos on chats like discord.

But even with Peertube, if the creator uses youtube and reupload in another platform the youtube algorithm impact it in some way.

The only hope is youtube to die and another takes the place.

I’m also still going to see the sort of content that is cultivated by youtube’s algorithms and business practices.

I think if you can avoid the youtube algorithm recommendation too is the best you can get with "de-googled" youtube, what is impossible to avoid is how the algorithm influences what the creators do with their contents.

The web versions are hot garbage (or at least used to be 3 years ago and I doubt that’s changed)

It's better, less hassle than run a VM just for that.

Also him paying windows 11 any mind at all while acknowladging steam on Linux works fine for every game he tests is pretty cringe.

Wut? But is good for comparison.

Caffeine is not a good example, no one talked about the negative effects for a long time, they even promote it for the benefits and is extremely common in soda.

Me! Is shit until DS3 but I still prefer it than learning to use the joystick.

Is not the entire picture, we are destroying our planet to generate bad art, fake tities and search a little bit faster but with the same chance of being entirely wrong as just googleing it.

I'm pretty much gaming on linux the entire year and most of the time using lutris or steam.

Some days ago I used Heroic Games Launcher and notice that the Documents folder from my linux machine was linked to the wine prefix heroic created for my game and my save/configs was nicely stored on my PC.

I know that on steam the prefix is stored in .../steamapps/compatdata/, is that any option on steam or lutris to automatic set theses symlinks? Steam have the steam cloud to backup saves but is always nice to have alternatives.

More details: My steam games is on a different disk of my linux so I don't know if the behaviour that I'm asking is the default and my disk configuration is messing something up.
