Exactly, I like the sacrificing something for more control shtick of some gundam animes

Finally! This should make modding on linux easier for users

The reason most games run on Linux Of course wine started it ;)

Uh oh, Extraction shooter in Titanfall universe sounds like Titan fall 3. I hope this is not the case

I wouln'd want these on the street, they are pedestrian murder machines, Normal pickup trucks in europe are already overkill(Specially in the netherlands where the only reason you can have is Contruction or Farming) Even then you rarely see them here.

I used to shit alot on the European Union but lately they have been taking W after W and i am starting to appreciate the EU alot more with all the regs that protect its citizens ,like those for cars but also stuff like GDPR.

Where would you guys rank Io Flemming and Daryl Lorenz among other Gundam pilots.

I think that Io is amazing because of how he deals with multiple targets the fact he does not need heavy augmentation to display that level of control is a testament to his skill and compatibility with his gundam.

Daryl on the other hand(haha see what i did there) has unrivaled devotion to his fight and will literally sacrifice arm and limb to become stronger.

Daryl somewhere is giving me Admech vibes from Warhammer augmenting himself for better synergy with his machine at the cost of his humanity.

I think that the show does an amazing job at conveying that loss of humanity, Gives me goosebumbs thinking of those scenes.

Overal such an amazing good show, so i am very curious as to you guys thoughts :)

I am just so glad that these aren't allowed in Europe. Every time i see a pick up truck or a tesla i tent to steer clear, Those mf'ers never look

Honestly this is the text book definition of: "We do not understand anything about the technology so just ban it all together" They are completely missing the point that its a GDPR compliant privacy focused platform, Of course people are going to abuse that.

But to enact such a draconian measure is foolish imho.

I would see myself do this just to make fun of the situation XD. Honestly if height is a requirement your better of looking somewhere else 😅

And that's coming from a dutchie.

I am a bit confused because last time he quit it was for publicity. Does this mean he stopped for real or?

What do you guys thinkg

This is an amazing development and I completely stand by his words on Linux I was rather surprised because I never knew he was a Linux user.

Makes me curious what other YouTubers besides PewDiePie and SomeOrdinaryGamer are active Linux users 🤔

Share your setup!

Good afternoon everyone, i thought it would be fun to share each other's setups, perhaps learn something from each other.

As my moto goes, "Sharing is caring" ill start first :)

My main Network(xaetacore.net) consists out of the following

Hardware:

  • DS1821 (This is my primary storage)
  • 4 x ST14000NM001G (Seagate 14TB Exos Sata HDD)
  • Configured with Raid 5+1 1 drive failure tollerance
  • Total capacity 50TB
  • DS916+ (Backup storage)
    • 4 x ST18000NM000J (Seagate 18TB Exos Sata HDD)
    • Configured with Raid 5+1 1 drive failure tollerance
    • Total capacity 50TB
  • ^ Both Nas have their second NIC peer 2 peer for backup storage
  • hv01.local.xaetacore.net (Custom built server)
  • 2 x Intel Xeon E5520 (16) @ 2.261GHz
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (For transcoding)
  • 64GB RAM
  • 8 TB SSD Storage

Software

  • I run proxmox on my hypervisor(hv01) On there i have the following vm's:

    • Plex media server
    • Dns server
    • Loadbalancer
    • Docker server
    • Terraform and Vault servers
    • Bastion server
  • Piracy stack on Docker server managed via terraform:

    • Sonarr
    • Radarr
    • Soularr
    • Slskd
    • Lidarr
    • Flaresolverr
    • Bazarr
    • Transmission
    • Jackett
    • Bitmagnet
    • Funkwhale

Everything is fully automated, even the reloading of the Funkwhale libraries, The docker server gets his storage from the SAN(Consisting of 2 Nas).

So what do you guys use? :)

What is your favorite spot in night city? I really like the El Coyote bar it feels really cozy and kinda reminds me of a pub.

The Arasaka HQ in Night City that you play in the beginning is also really nice especially the indoor jungle.

Any other fried shrimps in here ;)

Automated Music Piracy (lemmy.xaetacore.net)
submitted 4 days ago* (last edited 4 days ago) by XaetaCore@lemmy.xaetacore.net to c/piracy@lemm.ee

Good afternoon fellow swashbuckelers! o? Currently my automated piracy setup is as followed:

  • Jackett for indexing
  • Bitmagnet(Indexed over 10 million torrents over DHT) DHT Crawling
  • Sonarr/Bazarr/Lidarr/Radarr: Tracking and media collection
  • Transmission: download client/server
  • Plex mediaserver: Hosting the content
  • Funkwhale: for music.

Now i face the following problem, Torrents are great for most of the media but for music its harder.

What would be the best approach for pirating music? A different protocol perhaps?

I'm curious as to how you guys solve this issue :)

Update:

Just set up slskd with Soularr, hooked it up to my lidarr and SAN and now its fully automated, and my Funkwhale music.xaetacore.net can pull right from my SAN! :D

Thank you all for helping me out in my DM's <3
