I kinda like the depiction of a man, visually disconnected to life and focused on wealth/social norms, asking for the meaning of life from a guru instead of seeking out his own meaning, highlighting the consumer/capitalist mindset of the man in suit. And the guru is taking advantage of the flaws of the man to radicalize him and eventually making bringing death the meaning of the man's life. Assuming the man is American, potentially even bringing his own death.

The perversion of life itself in the society that we all know too well.

It isn't about it being a loan. It is about attention, care and respect. That is why I wrote favor/attention. You won't be friends with someone who doesn't in any way show you that they care/respect you.

Edit: just to be very clear, the gift is an example of you expressing care, in my example. It is not necessarily a gift, it could be helping them move, or anything else that expresses some level of care.

You don't expect me to care for you, so you are probably not upset when I don't hold open the door for you when you are 4 steps behind me. But if your friend would do the same (assuming that they know you are there) you could take it negatively.

I think you are missing the point. I am not saying it wasn't. But if you makes a gift for your friend's birthday, and they don't bother at all to return the favor/attention, would you be upset as you would think it is kinda a dick move?

Taking without giving is always viewed negatively in social settings.

Maybe "taking advantage of" is wrong but then again, it is a dick move anyway.

I am sorry but then it is fucked up that you offer them to other people.

Maybe you should reconsider.

People love to hate on Firefox for the weirdest reasons.

I wonder if they are so used to chrome that they want to shit talk Firefox to excuse their chrome usage to themselves.

Don't you see the benefit of AI??? Wow this is such a good and helpful thing. This chatgpt really is a useful product. Good job!

We exploit "cheap" labor "foreign" countries and create a hostile environment online (and possibly remote work job market) for the citizens of that country and look at all the good stuff, we got from it... Look at it... It is going to somewhere right?

An intentionally vague term; we have known that a binary gender system is faulted at least ever since the late 1700s as that is when the term "intersex" was added to the Oxford English dictionary. The concept of intersex Highlights the vagueness of both man and woman. Like most intentionally vague terms, we like to pretend to have a clear grasp of what it is as the admission of the vague nature harms the utility of the word. In most cases, an precis Definition of, e.g. culture or woman, carries less utility than the share vague understanding of the term. In other words, trying to define the word is taking part in an effort that goes against the point of having words, being able to effectively communicate ideas.

Ofc, defining a woman within a conversation or a paper for the sake of clear communication is a good idea in some situations. Just like defining a dice to have 6 sides makes sense in the manual of a game but it doesn't make sense outside of these cases.

I hope you didn't feel attacked or criticized. Sometimes people just need to hear that they CAN leave. Regardless of what we are talking about.

Nothing but love to you.
