claimed the Tulsa Race Massacre had nothing to do with race

Did he also claim it wasn't a massacre or in Tulsa?

Reagan started the descent. Gingrich finished the race to the bottom with stuff like the Contract with America, holding speeches in an empty house chamber, and directing R's to never interact with Dem's at all and always oppose anything they do even if it'd benefit R's. Trump is just the natural consequence of that mindset.

I can relate with the second one. No matter what taco bell I order at asking for extra anything is like pressing the ‘close doors’ button on an elevator in the US, it’s pointless.

From a recent trip. They weren't even extra ones I ordered, they were just supposed to come with the order. IDK if they're taken out of the employee's paychecks or what because damn.

Maybe Hulkster shouldn't be mentioning race considering racial stuff pretty much made him persona non grata in pro wrestling for years.

My cable needs aren't so obscure yet that monoprice doesn't work. Of course, maybe monoprice is just that good, IDK.

China supports in country stuff, most countries do really, so long as quality is comparable, and its been slowly but steadily getting there. Saw an article posted on lemmy somewhere earlier today how a locally made movie is topping their box office while Deadpool and Wolverine isn't even top 10.

Great game. My only mild annoyance with it is that achievements can get unlocked even if you turn all the guardrails on, which imo kinda cheapens the concept of an achievement.

Natural monopoly is the term you're looking for I believe, though I think you're going a smidge further then the definition.

Not the dumbest thing I've heard of huge amounts of money getting spent on it.

You hear about that dipshit who spent 44 billion buying one of the most popular social media sites in the world only to not use its name?

To a limited extent I can understand charging folks something. On the offhand chance you need to use the grid for power (or heck, to put power into it.), the grid needs to be functional, which takes repairs and maintenance, which takes money. That said, forcing to pay for lost profits is ridiculous.

Fine by me. It's disconnected from prior usernames except in one case, which I prefer.
