Good question, maybe it's the size of coal or the thickness/shape of the ceramics, but i found they taste less of coal.

Yeah i feel that, i only smoke with charcoal filters(for 3+ years) :D Have you tried the purize filters? I find they dont have as much of a taste of their own. Sadly not every kiosk or gas station offers them but headshops usually have them.

diesel subvention is good for the farmers?!?!?

Which farmers though? As with most german agrar subventions they support large-scale industrial farming while not really benefitting smallholders.

The reasons for the cuts to subvetions are stupid (fuck the debt brake) and they only make sense if they are in tandem with new subventions for ecological farming and direct smallholder support. But as a farmer that is no reason to let your self be used by lobby groups which for years have lobbied for policies which eradicate small farms. The rising production costs are going to be transfered to consumers anyway.

The farmers and their union planned and informed the Police about the protests with time in advance.

Some did. I doubt the highway blockings are official demos (approved by local authorities).

caused some property damage

I wonder how much loss in revenue the farmers strike will bring ;)

What really pisses me of is the media reception (especially in privately owned media) of both. I mean yes the farmers kinda got a point, but so, if not more so, have "Last Generation". Yet the all to often one is endorced or reported on uncritically while the other is agitated against.

Well, if there is nof fixed (explicit or implicit) type it's imposible for the compiler to optimise your code. Also imho programming with typed languages is way easier because your IDE can recognize function argumentd before you compile/run. I tried python and found it baffling how anyone can get any work done with it :D

How does zypper compare to apt?

Is it though? Ctrl+Q or Ctrl+W I'd understand but Ctrl+X? For a windows-/gui-user that's cutting...

China would experience too high an economic cost to try and change this balance unilaterally.

Would they, though? It's not like we could buy all our consumer goods somewhere else... If there was someone else wouldn't we have chosen them after they annexed Tibet or reintegrated Hong Kong? In international relations interests often win over ethical concerns.
