Why would you spend $8 when you only have $5?

Outside of fraud the only reason you're account is going negative is from you spending money that's not there. It's not a "poor" fee, it's a fee that banks are within their rights to charge you for spending money that isn't yours.

People need to have some semblance of financial responsibility, it's not society fault that they spend money they don't have

Valve is a massive company because they put their customers first, go figure.

It's not a monopoly, most pc gamers choose to use steam because of the significantly better user experience it offers vs the competition

Man. Just imagine being 25 and shooting anyone to steal their car, let alone an 80 year old lady.

Carjackers are a big enough scurge to society, there's no room for the degenerates that stoop even lower and do it violently

If you want to drive slow, don't do it in the left lane.

Problem solved

Oh, I didn't realize that poor financial situations excuse people from waterboarding babies

This will continue happening if the jail sentence is only 30 days...

Perhaps drivers who can't understand the "complexity" of highways shouldn't be on the road.

Hello,

I recently bought a used 3070 TI online, and thought I should come here to ask for some advice. The GPU I have currently I bought new from a retail store, so I didn't have much need to verify it.

I am aware there are resellers out there with more shady interests, and sometimes "hack" a gpu chip to show up as, for example, a 3070 TI when it is really a [ insert any other inferior gpu here].

My question is, how do I test this 3070 TI to ensure it is, in fact, a 3070 TI and not something pretending to be one. My best guess is to run a benchmark and compare my scores to others with similar hardware, but there's got to be a better way?
