Likely the number coming from Poland is actually much higher, there was a huge scandal last year where the previous polish government, who is anti immigration, sold hundreds of thousands of visas mostly to people in africa. This corresponded with a huge number of asylum requests in eastern german states.

Thank you for your sacrifice

I want to be able to rate games as 'meh', a lot of games i dont feel strongly enough to say its outright good or bad.

Example: there is an extremely highly rated game from a few years ago that i got around to playing, but to me it was just okay and i'll probably never get around to finishing it. Based on my achievement progress i find it highly unlikely that 95% of the reviewers have finished the game either. They probably reviewed it after playing for an hour.

I dont want to review it as good or bad so instead i just wont.

But if 0 is bad and 1 is good then tallying 0.5 as meh shouldnt be that hard.

How dare you.. Clone high and Undergrads were fantastic shows

What part of what i said villainized HIPAA?

Even if what you said is true, he just has to see the tweet for it to be a violation.

Data disclosure without authorization of the patient is a violation, and that doesn't matter who its disclosed to.

Source I work in medtech, i do yearly trainings on handling patient data, and its unlikely im related to any of them 😅

Edit: to clarify.. we are arguing about the doctor disclosing to the internet that this woman got an epidural, and whether or not that is a potential HIPAA violation right?

Funny if true, but if true possibly also a HIPAA violation. Wouldnt want the doctor to get in trouble, should probably skip any o' them city folk inventions for the next 8 kids just to be safe.

Yep, the wording here is slightly different (worse)

Im also finding this with USB-C unfortunately

Yes thats one of the opt outs they would have had before. That being said there is no timeline on it, there are still 6 EU states which dont use the Euro and are supposed to change to it in the future. Only denmark has a permanent opt out.
