Also German here, that seems a high estimate. The only downtime I had this year was when the workers building our sidewalk grazed a cable bug I can't remember any over the last few years...

Maybe this also means that they will finally force developers to actually provide a tablet/big screen layout if they want to be installable on tablets/laptops from the play store.

Combined with the new desktop and window features that are coming that could maybe turn Android tablets into something useful
