Ich habe Jahrelang in einer Spedition gearbeitet, für Terminavise haben wir immer ein 4 Stunden Zeitfenster benötigt. Viele Empfänger (gerade private Empfänger) haben dafür überhaupt kein Verständnis gezeigt, aber die Disponenten können das einfach nicht genauer planen, weil es eben bei vorherigen Be- und Entladestellen einfach immer unvorhersehbar ist, wann der Fahrer an der Reihe ist, wie lange die Verladung dauert, etc.
