Switched to Firefox in 2023 and it's wild how much shit just works now.

I got it for travel and it really is a top notch portable gaming hub. Doubly so because emulation is really easy to set up and run through the frontend. I love being able to play Elden Ring on the go.

It makes a lot more sense if you reframe it as freedom for rich white landowners in the 1800s to not have to pay taxes to King George, not so much for the peons, paupers and slaves.

There's a sandwich shop around Vancouver that's only open like 10-2 on weekdays so I hardly ever get to go, but they get their bread from a local bakery every morning and it makes all the difference. It's a simple turkey and cheddar sandwich, lettuce, tomato, pickle, a hint of mayo and Dijon mustard, but the ingredients are all quality and, again, the bread is fresh and super soft.

Wow, it's almost like trying to measure and codify man- and womanhood is inherently dangerous and phobic, even to cisgendered people who don't meet the nebulous standards set by bigots who are obsessed with other people's genitals, and we should maybe just stop doing that and let people identify themselves however they want?

Falling Down

I get this with a young (30's) CEO at a small business. Dude has literally zero follow through, he will ask for things, you will do them, he will forget he asked for them, and then complain you didn't do an entirely unrelated thing that he never asked for. I am genuinely astounded at how he makes it to the office the few days he's actually here.

Yeah no, that Oregon sandwich is almost certainly Pine State Biscuits' "The Reggie Deluxe" which is delicious, but there are maybe five locations entirely in Portland at which it's served.

Dropping $1600 on a new compressor so I don't pass out while driving in 100+ degree weather. Fan-fucking-tastic.
