DSA won't ever work because of branding and propaganda. The general populance sees the word socialism and they reject it - morons. It would have to be rebranded as like the American labor party or something that fuckwits won't associate with fascism.

I think they are alluding to if we split off it ensures the Democrats don't win, thus they would actually have to do something to earn our vote.

The Democrats are going to lose the next election by not learning anything from the 2024 election. This will only get worse until we take back control of the party or start our own party and split the vote guaranteeing the republicans win the next midterm and presidential election.
