Long pork is often a euphemism for people meat.

A big part is kinda just doing it. I am trying to learn and it is kinda wild. I am currently working a warehouse job so it is hard to find the time. Try and go back and implement some of your favorite homework assignments in Rust.

I think a hard part of Rust is the mind shift. It just feels very different from anything else I have tired. I am doing some encapsulation for my learning, but it is not clear where to read about it and there are few examples out there.

You're right but... Capitalism is a good system to chew that out of you. You touch on it in point three. Seeing how Snowden was treated was not reassuring that the electorate would back you, or the free market for that matter.

How to auto update? (lemmy.world)

There was an update all button before this, but it takes me here. Any way to then not click on all of them?

I've mostly done joy sticks.

For it it has been Hollow Knight, Left 4 Dead 2, and Transport Fever 2.

I was wondering how often does one choose to make and keep back ups. I know that “It depends on your business needs”, but that is rather vague and unsatisfying, so I was hoping to hear some heuristics from the community. Like say I had a workstation/desktop that is acting as a server at a shop (taking inventory / sales receipts) and would be using something like timeshift to keep snapshots. I feel like keeping two daily and a weekly would be alright for a store, since the two most recent would not be too old or something. I also feel like using the hourly snapshots would be too taxing on a CPU and might be using to much disk space.
