Hi, recently I started using authelia, and can't understand how I need to use it, and how do I share it with others

Before I had bitwarden, kept all my passwords there, and used the passwords to login to every service. Also in every service I had 2FA and/or FIDO.

But now I have authelia, and I'm trying to understand where should be the main password, and what services do I bypass, and etc

And the most important, how do I explain people how to use it, do I create them authelia credentials and send, or how?

Thank you

Hey-ho!

My girlfriend has an iPhone, and she is using Spotify free thingy

I'm using Jellyfin and very very happy (except my favorite client is unmaintained)

I suggested her that I can download all the music she might ever need, she said cool. But also, in case if she needs to find something rare or listen just one time, etc, what options can I setup for her(with no ads, and other bs)

P.S. is there YouTube with no ads?

Check out Vietnam, almost everyone here is Nguyen, 30-39% to be precise

It was a many months transition, and it's finally done

Fun thing, you can actually make a backup of all* your messages, groups, contacts, etc. So before leaving you can have all of your data in case you need that one contact or something

The final red flag was as that allegedly Russian authorities were messing with people's deleted messages. Not for the first time there are news that they could read, modify, delete, see location, and etc. Screw it, this is unsafe, I'm out.

Also, these days telegram is really at the state of a pile of garbage, bloated, buggy, and shady messenger.

Hello, i'm a simple man, i enjoy playing only a few games, and one of them is civlization

I want to get a fixable* switch, fix* it as hard as possible to be able to play Civilization VI (and maybe skyrim?)

My questions are:

  • Will i face any issues in particular about this game?

  • how long would the battery last

  • performance?

*(Fixable/fix, because all the switches are broken, they don't allow you to pirate out of the box๐Ÿ˜‚)

  1. Install Signal

  2. Delete Telegram

  3. Enjoy Signal

There are several: Signal, Simple-X, Session, and Matrix

That's why you usually have two piholes, or adguard homes

And can even synchronize them

As i said i already have experience of hosting email, many different ways, etc

Will you use your selfhosted mail for important things? (Banking, official correspondence and so on)

I'm barely using email because have really few services that require an email (foss and selfhosting evangelism)

Can you promise a near 100% uptime? Otherwise, some email might not reach you.

I can promise you anything under these stars. And some of it would be true because my specialization is 0 downtime systems

How important is the Mail you send? Some (stupid) Blocklists generally block all IP ranges that are sold out by vps companies and other kinds of IAAS.

Never had any problems with the big hosters like do, linode, vultr, hetzner

If you register any accounts with your selfhosted mail, can you guarantee yourself that your email account is secure? Don't underestimate what an attacker can do with a compromised Mail account.

Selfhosting for many years, never got hacked because I take security seriously

Nowadays I pay a company to do the mail hosting

I'm trying not to pay companies when not necessary, and especially not for a "setup service"

Hey-ho ๐Ÿ‘‹

What is the best approach for selfhosting an email server with static IP or blocked port 25?

I've done it many times in many different ways, now doing it again and want to hear what is the best approach these days

My port 25 isn't even probably blocked, I just prefer to use my vps to help it with this stuff

Any suggestions?

You have 5 seconds to answer ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I'm currently using namecheap to buy cheap domains, I know they are not necessarily cheap in long term, but first year + coupons make them almost free

But now I've got some domains I don't want to just use one year, and it gives pretty much a lot of issues with pricing and privacy

So please, people, share services you use, and tell me whether they are private and/or cheap and/or have all those countless generic domains and not just .com .org .net

You can even do a real relay, not an exit node of course, normal relay should be safe

Vietnampost ๐Ÿ˜Ž no chance to deliver anything here The customs here are so strict + corrupted they usually charge anyone 50-100-200% tax on everything, especially electronics

I'm right now looking at something that is just 5cm bigger on one side than Velka 3 (I can't find Velka around me)

Edit: I missed that it's even a bit smaller on other sides, and in total a bit less liters

Full size GPU is a probably a little bit too much for me ๐Ÿ˜” I was actually able to find one a4h2o in my area, but this is pretty massive for what I want, it's like a full size PC I want something more compact, so I will never have to think that I need to sell it because of moving to another country or changing lifestyle

Yellow, big brain PC users ๐Ÿ––

I'm traveling and moving a lot for quite a while now, and getting a rig was never part of my plan

But recently I realized I can get a mini-itx and bring it anywhere I want

Looking for your advices and build configurations

I want it to be like top, but without it just be overpriced. I don't care for LEDs, as small and as powerful as possible, high-mini-atx-end ๐Ÿ˜„

Thank yowoou

Hi, I couldn't find a dedicated community for grocy

I'm very new to it, I figured out about most of the stuff, but this really makes me really confused

I have bottles of oil, like olive, sunflower, you know, and.. How do I add them? I know it's the same story with any weight product, I just started from liquids I already have parent products, I want to buy the oil in bottles, and quick use in ml, open in bottles, and maybe display total in liters, or in ml

Actually, doesn't matter about total, i'm stuck everywhere else, thank you ๐Ÿซก
