If consumers had any taste, McDonald's would have gone out of business decades ago.

That's pretty much what Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law is. It's a very broad law that has a punishment up to and including the death penalty. As with most things today, the problem is not the law, it's a lack of will to enforce it.

It's more that 2d projections of 3d objects are wonky and unintuitive.

Quit buying from giant corporations.

I can go to my local family owned Banh Mi joint and get a sandwich made with real meat and fresh bread for $6. For $12, I could add a boba tea and a side of fried dumplings.

I wouldn't call most of the modern ones real RPGs either.

The original XCOM is the source of grid based inventories.

Star Control 2 is the first RPG that did the standard dialogue interface where you talk to someone and choose from multiple replies.

GTA3 is the one that started the trend.

Artists who rips off other great works are still developing their talent and skills. They can then go on to use to make original works. The machine will never produce anything original. It is only capable of mixing together things it has seen in its training set.

There is a very real danger that of ai eviscerating the ability for artists to make a living, making it where very few people will have the financial ability to practice their craft day in and day out, resulting in a dearth of good original art.

We already know he likes to invite black guys to fuck his wife while he watches.

There's several benefits:

  1. They draw Russian troops from the front lines in Ukraine to counter the attack.
  2. Russia now has to dedicate manpower and equipment to defending their entire border with Ukraine to avoid another attack like this.
  3. If Ukraine maintains the territory, it's a huge bargaining chip at the peace negotiating table. Before this, the only way they were going to get their territory back was by taking it back forcefully. Now they can negotiate a trade.
  4. Best case, this is like the Tet offensive and sours support for Putin and the war within Russia, likely because Putin will need another wave of conscription to meet the manpower needs of 1 & 2.

Yes, but they're not heat stable, so you have to specifically remember to bring some with you and can't just leave them in a hot car. They also don't work with everything. Something like pizza, where the lactose is trapped inside the cheese, still causes problems even with lactase pills.

You're underestimating the distances and speeds involved. The earth is traveling at 67,000 mph around the sun and the sun is traveling 514,000 mph around the galactic core and takes 225 million years to do one orbit. Even if two people died within a second of each other, they'd be 100+ miles away from each other.
