It's just a setting like so many other things. You can put in individual IPs you trust or IP ranges.

It seems Plex has figured out lots of Plex 'server admins' are just normal Windows users and click OK on everything w/o reading any change logs or checking any settings. So it's easier and saver to enable a lot of things right away. Admins can just go into settings and adjust it.

I think if it was Robin or someone from the crew, Oda would have just shown it. But he made it a secret, so there is something we don't know.

Wikipedia also has a list with more countries and animals: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_national_animals

E.g. Denmark even has 3 national animals listed and not just the swan in the picture: Red squirrel (national mammal), Mute swan (national bird) and Small tortoiseshell (national butterfly).

Certain infrastructure is planned in Germany, but bikes are of course not the target.

With the planned coal phase-out 2030-2038 (early optimistic scheduled date & later pessimistic date), the government is planning gas backup plants for 25 GW capacity. All those plants are planned for natural gas now and later to be switched to hydrogen. So the natural gas pipeline network is also included with upgrades in the future, to carry hydrogen.

For years already, in the northern parts there is sometimes too much renewable energy generated, so that wind and solar generation has to be disconnected from the grid. It's just wasted for nothing. Ideally, some those excess capacities will be used in the future to generate hydrogen. Which then can be pumped into the grid, which again can be used for gas backup plants to generate electricity.

So trucks and bikes do have a chance there, even thought the infrastructure is currently schemed on a larger scale than vehicles.

"Her application was refused in June on the grounds she did not provide sufficient evidence, but she had asked for an administrative review of the decision and had a certificate of application (CoA) from the Home Office. It states “you can work in the UK until you receive a decision on your application to the EU settlement scheme”."

"The Border Force refused entry on the grounds that her “application for EUSS [EU settlement scheme] has been refused” [...]"

Could be just overlapping on the timing, that she got the decision in her post box in the UK, while she was abroad in Spain. Would be the simplest explanation for the situation.

It's in the article:

JUPITER, short for Joint Undertaking Pioneer for Innovative and Transformative Exascale Research, will be built at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre in Germany by the European High-Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU), a partnership between the European Union and private businesses.

and

The UK was set to be excluded from access to JUPITER following Brexit, but a deal to rejoin the EU Horizon programme means it could be able to participate to some extent.

So yes, EU agency combined funding.

I just copy pasted your question into Duckduckgo search and this is the 1st hit:

https://www.britannica.com/question/Where-does-the-word-alphabet-come-from

tl;dr yes

A lot of questions can be written into internet search engines, also in shorter form with just a few key words and you will get an answer or explanation.

Well the title is false but quoted from an SMS on X from an official in the energy ministry, so there is not Reuters to blame.

Germany already has LNG over-capacities and the existing terminals only run on low performance. Residents complained why those terminals even exist and why build more. Yet, more terminals are being built, to be able to cover the natural gas amount even during a rare extremely cold over a long period of time winter – just in case to be on the safe side.

Only because there are more imports from Norway from 2024 on, that doesn't make Germany dependent on Norway. But that is apparently what that one guy wrote on X, and Reuters is just quoting. Nevertheless pipeline gas is the preferred product over LNG due to the lower price and the smaller carbon footprint.

Regarding the other topic you mentioned and the natural gas dependency, it's even going the other way. Germany is going to build a lot more gas power plants (25GW) over the next years. Once again to be on the safe side for the coal phase-out and with the concept to use the gas plants with hydrogen later on. So natural gas consumption will increase over the next maybe 5 or 10 years, when coal is finally shut off. This is the same direction other countries are currently going or already went in the past. But then natural gas is hopefully reduced again with enough renewable peak to generate hydrogen and store it for for bad days and nights.
