Trump " I don't know the rules or regulations there."

This bitch doesn't know the rules or regulations of anything. Fucking illiterate, fat, orange stain Tupperware bowl, asshole. I hope nothing but the worse for him.

Elon also took massive subsidies for Spacex and Tesla. The only reason both companies successed. He believes it is OK for him but no one else. A very common theme for the thin skin man.

I hate watching mainstream US news media. No push back to blatant lies. Instead they sit and smile. Instead of fair and balance we should strive for facts. I don't give a shit that left or right has the same amount to talk, I care what they are saying is factual.

Using Rage Against the Machine was just stupid. I'm guessing they never listened to any of the words and just went for a beat. Even then it doesn't feel like a beat for old white folks in their 70s and Uncle Toms.

The larger issue that people always fail to remember is the energy consumption. We are see massive amounts of electricity.

One peer-reviewed study suggested A.I. could make up 0.5 percent of worldwide electricity use by 2027, or roughly what Argentina uses in a year. Analysts at Wells Fargo suggested that U.S. electricity demand could jump 20 percent by 2030, driven in part to A.I.

The wealthy are under sailing like always. Just like we did with cigarettes or burning fossil fuels. We should have learned but it by the time we do, it might be to late.

According to the latest Redfin data, the median sale price of a home in Cumberland was $138,000 in July, up 36.6 percent compared to a year earlier.

How is the houses going up when no one is buying them?

All companies pull this shit. Look at all the video game markers being bought by Valve, Sony, Microsoft, and Epic games. They promise this and that but after the ink dries, they do massive layoffs. Allowing one food superstore is dangerous. We will see higher prices. We will see layoffs and downsizing. We will see more bad products.

When i see a bad driver, i pull up next to them and say " Jesus take the wheel!" They usually drive better afterwards.

Dig a little deeper. See why we have single family house restrictions.

Also look into how the supreme court ruled that we are not entitled to clean anything with companies. Zoning also deals with run off, air, noise, and light pollution.
