Currently in construction on Phase 2 of a compound north of Lake Tahoe, at 6000 feet elevation in an area they call, THE LOST SIERRA. Phase 1 is a Caretaker’s Cabin, Phase 2 is a formal Out Building (Mother-in-Law apt, Gameroom/Bunkroom, garage, workshop, and Wine Cave), and Phase 3 at some point will be a Main Residence.
