Yeah, I live in a pretty rural part of Germany and even here I got multiple streetpasses per day

Oh, I'm sure lots of them were wrongfully committed based on inaccurate urine tests or field sobriety tests, no doubt about that

given that there isn't any objective way to prove someone's high and not just having consumed within a couple days

You can do blood tests for THC, which are a reliable measure.

You are probably thinking of THC-COOH urine or saliva tests, which indeed will show positive for days or even weeks after you are already sober again, since THC-COOH is a metabolite of THC that takes very long to break down and does not have psychoactive properties

Just do it how Canada does it, they have a very reasonable cut-off value for THC blood concentration that even regular consumers with a tolerance for THC won't surpass while sober again

Yes, but the OP went 3 months without it and then messed up during setup

Antiperspirant gives me rashes

For many people, this goes away after a few uses

There is absolutely zero reason a thin client needs to cost this much, unless this has some seriously high-end multi-monitor capabilities

Even a Raspberry Pi 5 is a capable thin client that can run 2 4k monitors

I've had multiple occasions where someone on reddit was losing a debate against me and just blocked me, making it impossible to reply and giving them the "last word" to everyone else that can still see the entire comment chain.

This is not how a public forum like Reddit or Lemmy should behave. It makes sense on actual social media platforms like Instagram, but not here

This is one of the major gripes I have with Reddit. So often do people just block me when they are losing a debate against me, making it impossible to reply. A public forum should not behave this way if you want a healthy debate culture

I guess Ill give it another look. Onshapes licensing is not compatible with my 3d printing side-gig, and Fusion360, although it has a very fairly priced startup license, requires me to run a Windows VM

Laser hair removal is not expensive and lasts for years. But only works if your body hair is dark and your skin is light colored

They still do that, and it's no secret.

It's no longer determined by your swiping behavior, but rather who swipes left or right on your profile, and their elo.

If you only get swiped right by people with a low elo, then your elo will drop and your profile will only be shown to people with a low elo.

Vice versa, if a lot of people with high elo swipe right on your profile you will receive a higher elo and be show to profiles with a high elo

If it was determined by who you swipe right on it would be too easy to game the system
