CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – The City of Chesapeake is holding a City Council meeting on Tuesday to discuss potential changes to Chesapeake’s voting system.

The change could impact the way city council members represent the city. They are considering putting this change to a vote for the upcoming November election.
