I think you mean "military age" immigrant. That's the real threat they're pushing these days. "Can't have anyone in their twenties enter the country! That's military age!"

"Keep the temperature down", "dial down the rhetoric", etc.

It's not "rhetoric" if it's true and if the rhetoric is fascist, we should up the temperature.
