The only info I've seen is "in 2025". I was wondering if anyone knew of any more information.

Edit: This is the only bit I've found this far, and it looks to be a joke: https://satisfactory.wiki.gg/wiki/Future_content#Version_1.1

I don't think random people on Lemmy are going to have more accurate information than what has been publicly stated by Coffee Stain.

Do you know what has been publicly stated by Coffee Stain?

This game running on consoles would be quite a feat, non?

They have announced it. Some info is here: https://satisfactory.wiki.gg/wiki/Consoles Ive run it on my Steam Deck, but I am not a fan of the controls. I mostly want a console release, because I want better controller support (and thus better controls while using my Steam Deck).

Switch would be a struggle, but PS5/Series X should be more than capable of running this game. No idea about Switch 2.

I imagine console players will hit the performance ceiling for megafactories way sooner than PC players, but the game runs in Unreal Engine 5, and there's plenty of games on console doing the same.
