Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

Trams.
Trams is what they want if no corruption was present.
This is just that but with extra steps of pollution (tires) & moneygrabbery (all the roadwork).

Or at least trolleybuses.
(Like trams but with tire pollution, higher maintenance costs, and are less safe)

True, for fixed routes, pantographs seem like a decent power delivery method.

Don't trolley buses have the advantage that they can pass each other if one breaks down, instead of stopping up the whole line?

Is that an actual concern?

I would assume trolleys just push or pull each other if one breaks down somehow, like trains.

There is no way that is cheaper or faster than a grade-seperated trolley.
