This image has got to be altered. Or she had to have been to a bad plastic surgeon. There is no chance genetics did her that dirty.
It's photoshoped, the jawlines below the hair are sharp, but the image isn't in focus enough to make those sharp lines, there's blurring on her chin area also, it's amaturish! But for a meme it's good enough.
