I assume it is who they appeal to, since bands aren't in frats.
Even if queer on the graph means "anti-frat", classic rock would play in frats, and Janis Joplin would get included. Abba is not so popular in frats by my stereotypes.
Dolly and Janis appeal a lot more to queer folks than frats. It isn't exclusive.
