They can try. But cleaning up a mess takes a while and there’s no magic wand to make it ho faster.

And then we should all charge outrageous hourly rates to fix the AI generated code.

Maybe keeping people in office till they’re 80 and 90+ would be less appealing if they had to stay in session for a real physical filibuster?

Pissing off the Swifties and the Beyhive? Why not just go poke a polar bear in the eye?

I think he’s referring to the DNC not having primaries. But with a sitting president parties don’t really have primaries to pick a candidate. But since Harris moved into Biden’s place on the ticket, Trump has been whining about how it’s unfair 🙄.

But then he gets all discombobulated and complains about having to deal with an election even though he was also just made the GOP candidate without any primary elections (I think?). At that point I lose the thread as he devolves into sundowning.

I love how “weirdo “ is sticking. Trump has been pushing awful, childish nicknames for years and no one has had an effective counter. “Weirdo“ is bringing the mean girl energy and I love it.

Cool. I’m opting out.

One generational wealth, please.

Oh. Doy. I completely missed that you were joking. Today is not my sharpest day.

How else would you explain those companies that put a rainbow on their logo for a few weeks every year?

Perforative rainbow washing? 95% of those companies still donate to GOP candidates that fight gay and trans rights every step of the way.

It’s really hard to know for sure. Some percentage of elective surgeries or procedures end up detecting something life threatening. If the canceled procedures were rescheduled promptly then the outcomes probably haven’t changed in a meaningful way. But in the US, stuff is booked out months in advance so it may be impossible to get everyone rescheduled for something in the next week or two.

I read that they send the loser-winner shirts to poor countries. So you go to some random village and it looks like alternate reality sports land. Except no one there probably even follows the teams/leagues on their shirts.

Crowdstrike completely screwed the pooch with this deploy but ideally, Windows wouldn’t get crashed by a bas 3rd party software update. Although, the crashes may be by design in a way. If you don’t want your machine running without the security software running, and if the security software is buggy and won’t start up, maybe the safest thing is to not start up?
