I am not a lawyer but that does not seem like the kind of language you want coming from a judge if you’re Apple

You're right. I was reading this and for almost every sentence in there I was like "copy and paste just this bit" but in the end, I would have to copy and paste the whole thing. Just wow. It's rare to see something like that addressed that clearly to a huge company from someone who can really bring them into trouble.

Excellent. I am tired as fuck of delays from disingenuous bad faith defendants. Apple should have given updates prior to the last business day before the deadline if they needed more time.
