My wife and I have been enjoying it. Definitely worth the watch

Yes. The later episodes are stronger than the early ones, imo.

If it wasn't for Goldblum I probably wouldn't have given it a chance but I'm glad I did.

If you have a limited knowledge of Greek mythology you'll go 'wait how was this in the myths' and look it up and kinda be surprised how true they stay.

If you know all about Greek mythology you'll have a laugh at how they mangle certain things and put things together that are not supposed to be together.

Hell yes. The deep mythology is amazing. Everyone in it is amazing

I loved it. It only got better as the series progressed, and the devotion to Greek mythology is amazing. I read Jeff Goldblum only stepped in after Hugh Grant backed out, but even though most of the cast is British, I couldn't imagine this series without him.

He is great in it, such a heartless monster. I enjoyed it. Vero

I think so. Goldblum is fun as usual.

There was some boring bits that dragged on, but mostly the pace was good.

The writing is good and i dont remember any bad acting.

I felt the ending was a let down that didn’t really make any sense… it also is a cliffhanger and I’m not sure this season did well enough to warrant a second season… and they commit the taboo of killing pets for shock value…

On the bright side, some actors really do shine and the plot is engaging. Took me an episode to get over some of the overacting and cheesy soundtrack. I’d give it a 6/10

I agree with you on the ending. It felt like they intentionally left a lot unresolved to encourage calls for a second season, at the expense of the story. It would have been much better if there was some resolution to a few aspects and/or a hint at the fallout of the actions in the season.

Good subtle world building, too.

Had a good laugh with the first one, couldn't get past second episode. Next!

I really enjoyed it and the showrunner, Charlie Covell, is someone who's been kind of flying under the radar but I've really enjoyed everything of theirs that I've seen so far. They also adapted The End Of The Fucking World and wrote two really good mini episodes of Banana.
