Nope. Played mostly Nintendo games, like Ocarina, MM, pokemon, and smash. Then the alpha builds of Minecraft in 2009. Guess I'm a filthy casual. 🤷♂️

It's just weird to me I guess, someone in my age group who doesn't know the CNC games.
My only exposure to command and conquer was that my bio dad played it when I was over at his house on weekends while he ignored me. And I think around that time I was more into RuneScape.

Roblox is significantly older than Minecraft (2006 vs. 2009/2011 depending on where you start counting) so the optimistic part of me thinks people won't talk about Roblox like that.

Those who grew up with Terraria and Minecraft in their golden era are young adults.

I join my boomer squad nearly every night. I'm the youngest at age 43. We win 1 in every 4 games, so that's not awful. Depending on the mood we w-key or we just have fun and giggles.
It is a very well made game with fun mechanics and plenty of content.
Game is game. Play whatever brings you joy. Except FIFA, of course.
