To me it feels like the last 15 years or so barely existed. Just work, work work..

My father always used to say:

The modem version of that is rent. Just as good but at the end of the day no further value added to ones portfolio!

I still thought of myself as essentially 22 yo into my 30s.
I was 19 for 10 years.
I have been in my mid twenties for almost 10 years now.
That ends suddenly and then 40 is around the corner. Life is actually short. No complaints though. The older I get the better I get at living.
I’ve become convinced that every year of COVID causes us to age at 2x.
I think every year working in healthcare aged me 5 years -.-

Get up to the high country every once in awhile, out of connectivity range, away from people. Stay long enough to reset.

I'm also very carefully and very slowly approaching psychedelic drugs. That might be my own path though.
Therapy is a good one.
Everyone should go to at least one MDMA fueled rave in their 20s.
