I would not trust Elon. There will likely be a backdoor to NK in there.

While the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) is responsible for developing the satellite bus, Korea’s Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) is in charge of the payloads.

SpaceX is just launching the satellites.

Well yeah, except now all they have to worry about is the rocket blowing up.

That's a risk with any rocket though, and Falcon have one of the best success rates of any rocket family. Is there an available launch vehicle you think would have a lower risk of blowing up?
