At least amazon seems to be destroying itself by driving legitimate sellers out to be replaced with complete garbage

Yea, can't blame them for his choices (can blame them for plenty of other things).

He did violate all sorts of rules and laws (laws that are arguably excessively enforced, especially considering how they're sometimes not enforced). They didn't just walk in and arrest him for no reason - he hid a computer on their network to give him access so he could copy data.

But it's not like he didn't know the risks he was taking - we'd seen how these kinds of laws were enforced numerous times before he was even a college student (arguably even before he was born).

Blaming other people for his choices is offensive to his individuality.

they used their clout to make an example out of him. zero respect.

this is just one of million examples of how the society is structured. so it is always important to highlight for the people who are not aware.

but hey... he did break the law... FAFO, jail house rules.
