Good. That bigot should not be in a position of power.

Reminder to make sure to vote in primaries and other lower turnout elections as they are more important than people realize

Primary challenges like this can determine what's considered acceptable or not within a party. Vote in them to ensure transphobia is career ending within the democratic party

Kansas state Rep. Marvin Robinson, a Democrat from Kansas City known for frequently siding with Republicans on key issues

[…]

He also voted for limiting food assistance and against expanding Medicaid. He also joined Republicans in supporting restrictions on abortion and the elimination of diversity and inclusion measures at public universities.

I hate these conservatives who try to pretend they aren't conservatives. Fuck you. Own your shitty beliefs.

Well yeah, he's a Democrat in Kansas...

The Kansas Governor is Dem.... and has been reelected. The state isn't blue by any means but you'd be surprised.

R's fucked things up so bad in the past it destroyed the chokehold on the state.

OK is not ok.

Hell, they might have a better chance turning blue being annexed by Texas.

It was a primary. Republicans can't vote in a Democratic primary in Kansas.

I think maybe they are trying to say that even the Democrats aren’t super left in Kansas. However because of the political loss, I would say that’s not necessarily true – at least the voters

What's with steepling the fingers like that? It seems to be indicative.
