Honestly, it really is. I've lived in the Netherlands, UK and US, and worked in Belgium and its by FAR the most straightforward and accessible here in the Netherlands.

I mean, we also whine about NS, but compared to many other European and overseas rail companies, it's still one of the best IMO
All the bureaucracy and process is thrown out the window in the queue for a ski lift.
