No, they expected people to buy it at launch and then run off with the money
Yeah, but i'm pretty sure that Steam payouts are not instant but only monthly, and only for the non-returned units. After reading the terms they must have realized that they won't get anything if pretty much everyone is returning the game after the first reviews come in...
