Hi everyone, I'm really grateful for this community but I wanted to see more content here so I thought I'd try to keep the ball rolling myself.

My intention here isn't to reveal some obscure hidden gems but to share my experiences with games from my library that I enjoy specifically on the Steam Deck. If people like this kind of content I plan to share more games over time and hopefully inspire others to do the same!

Today's focus is the game GRIS. You can find it on Steam here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/683320/GRIS/

  • Steam Deck Verified โœ…
  • ProtonDB rating: Gold
  • How Long To Beat (Main Story): 3.5 hours
  • Biggest Steam sale discount (3 months): -75%
  • Size on disk: 3.25GB
  • Battery drain after 30 mins (max brightness, WiFi off, 60fps): 8%
  • Single Player
  • Full controller support

This game is a beautiful, tranquil puzzle platformer. Every frame of the game feels like artwork and even in handheld mode the game looks stunning. I will say that on the Deck's screen size, it can be a little bit hard to see the character at times and the game really thrives when hooked up to a bigger screen.

Gameplay is slow paced with a focus on exploration and puzzle solving so it may not be to everyone's liking but it's worth checking out if you are looking for a more relaxed experience and enjoy the art style!
