Hi, habt ihr irgendwelche empfehlungen für Proteinshakes? Ich hab heute mal Schokolade von ESN probiert und finde das echt extrem lecker. Schmeckt wie ein Milkshake.

Ist halt mit 34€ pro 900g auch echt teuer.

Habe auch ein paar Kilo von HSN bestellt, so als vergleich. Kann dann berichten sobald die da sind.

Nee, ich bin nur zarte 1,93 m.🦒 Männer in meinem Alter sind in Dtl. im Schnitt nur 1,80 m. (Quelle)
