Separation of church and state implies the government should not endorse any marriages.
Does it matter where that guy spends his dolla? Or does it matter which tech is more conducive to human flourishing
Marriage is more than a religious arrangement, it's also a financial one. As long as married people are taxed at a different rate from single people it's important what the government considers a marriage. That's not even getting into things like insurance coverage or healthcare decision-making rights or even hospital visitation.
So you're campaigning to outlaw straight marriage? Based.

By not understanding what marriage actually is.
