Steady progression with push ups. Doing 100 for one day each week (along with other gym visits) and it keeps getting easier. I wish I could say the same for pull ups.

Back when I was working on them, I made crazy progress on pull ups by doing negatives. Let's say my goal was 10 pull ups, and I was only able to do 5, I finished the set with 5 negatives. I was amazed at how quickly I got to 10 regular pull ups.

Nice. Have you considered moving onto a harder variation like weighted or incline push ups?
