I'm 99% sure that the fountain in the middle is the Pfeiferbrunnen near the station Bärenplatz in Bern, Switzerland. The tram should be a Siemens Be 4/6 Combino Advanced, but the "CO2 neutral" bit looks new because I can't find it on any other photos of no. 754.
It's really cool how they put modern stores in some of these old buildings. And I found this cute tram in the same spot on Google Maps. I think that's an SLM G3/3 from 1894 (also in the Wikipedia article about trams in Bern, and the same model with a different fleet number is in a museum) :3
