Honestly every country should be destroyed as a geopolitical entity; they separate us and allow for malicious actors to pit us against each other, while avoiding responsibility.

I recommend extending the practice and authority of democratic supranational organizations to the point similar to EU, at least.

And then ideally having such a body for an entire world, while slowly blending into sort of federation state
