Or that he just doesn't give a fuck and will hire anyone that can work; thus, he hires all the people that were rejected by other companies, which is mostly women. Indeed, it showcases the crux of discrimination where marginalized groups become more and more desperate and accept jobs and ignore things that they wouldn't have otherwise.
