Can someone explain to me how 1 plastic bottle that's 100 ml is better than two plastic bottles that's 50 ml each? Its the same about of plastic, right?

This doesn't make sense unless we ban all shampoo sole in plastic, period.

  1. It's necessarily going to be less plastic due to the square-cube law
  2. The minimum is now 12 oz (~350 ml), which is unlikely to be implemented as having one container per guest. I bet most hotels will start leaning towards reusable containers, promoting overall increased efficiency, at the cost of guests not being able to claim a small amount of free shampoo to bring with them from their stay.
