but the transporter problem is a fundamental thing, you can't magic that away any more than you can magic away the ability to copy files on a computer
better to try to build a society where this just isn't a problem, where everyone is raised to consider a person's mind holy and the idea of doing something shady with it triggers a profound disgust.
