You see where the material is lit on the right a bit, it's soviet cockpit blue
Soviet airplanes do not use artificial horison, they an actual representation of the airplane's orientation.
Also it's an F16 cockpit.
Also, preflare or something Santa. It's like you never even watched some tutorials! Get better you scrub.
In my defence, I was guessing from the thumbnail, as the picture does not load for me.
At least being confidently incorrect got me the right answer.
