And that is my problem with vegetables. I need to eat for a very, very long time before I'm full.

That is why we have dressing.
This is a problem for me for real. I get tired of chewing. I started making smoothies with frozen veggies (or beans) and fruits after I work out. I still try to eat veggies with meals, but I'll get a couple servings by drinking it.
I started marketing soup and such. Lentils, beans, anythings is mostly viable and much more filling.
