Gotta love Big Daddy's 'Meat' Products, made for 'institutions'! Love 51 percent beef and 49 percent tofu. And mechanically separated turkey.

That is a real brand and they serve to institutions. Which included food banks which is how I found them.

The turkey was okay.

The 'beef' was not.

Vegan products that are processed to resemble meat, yes.

I'm assuming this product would use some sort of soybean protein paste.

Both these products came in tubes and were finely processed paste.
