Because talking to Bernie wouldn't be weird, it would be a genuinely insightful discussion.
that doesn't make him a normie. if he was a normie, talking to him would be like talking to anyone else on that end of the scale: incredibly milquetoast.
the normie/psycho axis isn't how much we like them, it's how much they're willing to deviate from the status quo and get people fired up.
