Russian president ‘willing to gamble on food security’ by stepping up strikes on grain ships, says UK prime minister

Keir Starmer has accused Vladimir Putin of disrupting food supplies to Gaza after British intelligence suggested Russia had stepped up its attacks on Ukrainian ports.

Starmer said it was clear the Russian president was “willing to gamble on global food security” after several grain ships en route to developing countries were damaged by Russian strikes.

Military intelligence published by the UK government overnight concluded that Russia had increased its attacks on Ukrainian port infrastructure in the Black Sea.

As opposed to all the food arriving to Gaza before? Make no mistake, Putin absolutely gives 0 fucks about Palestinian or any lives, but making him the bogeyman for starving Gazans is ridiculous. This is on the genocidal apartheid colony.

This has to be the most pathetic thing coming out of Starmers mouth yet. The guy is a lawyer for international law, who for the most part of the last year denied Israeli warcrimes, continued arms shipments, driven out party members critical of Israel, usually women, black and brown people, while making excuses for his white antisemite and racist friends to stay.

Britain is still delivering weapons, in particular F35 parts, supplying ome of the main weapon system used by Israel to bring annihilation to Gaza and Lebanon.

Fuck Putin and fuck all the other genocidial imperialist leaders.

Exactly, there's no shortage of trucks lined up at the border just being held for 'inspections'. There's no issue with getting aid to Gaza, there's issues getting it inside, and that's not because of Putin.

I think that's what makes the Russian Federation's actions so bad. With the situation being as dire in Gaza as it is right now, every scrap of edible nutrition that is allowed to make it in counts.

The Russian Federation may not be a friend of Israel, but clearly they aren't going to do any good for Palestine either.
