If you're asking if she played the titular character from the episode "The Doctor's Daughter"?

Yes.

If you're asking if she's literally the daughter of the actor who played ”The Doctor"?

Also yes.

But not the one she co-stared with. She married him, making the Doctor's Daughter's Doctor into the Doctor's Daughter's Actual Father's Doctor's son-in-law.
